Analysis of software and technical solutions of information retrieval systems in the field of tender procurement

In this article, the authors present a detailed analysis of Russian tender aggregators. It is proposed to consider which innovative solutions are used by Russian systems and how they can be useful for world practice. The key similarities and differences of the tender systems will also be described, which will identify the strengths and weaknesses of each model.
