STUDY OF USER EXPERIENCE MODELS
Designers and developers undertake user research, implement user-centered design techniques, and iterate on prototypes based on user feedback to produce a great user experience. To maximize productivity, the product's usability and interactivity must be improved. User experience (UX) is the term used to describe how a person feels generally while interacting with a system, product, or service. It includes a user's perceptions, feelings, and actions when interacting with a specific design, website, app, or device. Developers use artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), business intelligence (BI), mathematical formalism, and other technologies to improve user experience. Most researchers have highlighted lack of investigations on the application of ML techniques for improving UX design. In this context, the systematic literature analysis that revisits previous attempts to apply ML methods to various user interface design contexts is presented. To achieve this goal, a thorough analysis of the literature was conducted to ascertain the difficulties UX designers encounter when integrating ML into their design process. The study will emphasize suggestions that assist UX designers in integrating ML into UX design. This review highlights the challenges, suggestions, tools, algorithms, methods, and datasets applied in various investigations. Additionally, recommendations are made for additional research.
