Comprehensive evaluation method for construction scheme of C4ISR system

The construction scheme evaluation method of the C4ISR system are studied in this paper. Based on the analysis of the construction process of the C4ISR system, the index system architecture is designed. The Kendall concordance coefficient test method and the weight calculation on distance based Optimization are combined to integrate the expert opinions more objectively. Robust finite-time attitude stabilization of rigid aircraft under angular velocity constraints

In this paper, the attitude stabilization control problem of rigid aircrafts under angular velocity constraints is studied. A composite finite time attitude control scheme based on disturbance observers is proposed.
