Underwater image enhancement algorithm based on dynamic heterogeneous feature fusion

Enhancing underwater images presents a challenging problem owing to the influence of ocean currents, the refraction, absorption and scattering of light by suspended particles, and the weak illumination intensity. This paper constructs a nonlinearly parametrized hypersonic cruise vehicle model on the basis of the existing on-orbit flight data using a curve-fitting technique.
